About Dan & Tanin

Dan Teston has been helping buyers and sellers in Central Florida since 2008. He was born and raised in Oviedo, Florida as a 3rd generation native to the area and has seen it grow from a small town with dirt roads to the bustling "Top Places To Live" as seen today. His background prior to real estate was in site development and construction. His strong negotiation skills as well as his marketing and pricing strategies is what makes him an expert agent to work for you.

Prior to joining Dan as a real estate team, Tanin had spent the last 17 years in the title insurance industry as a real estate closer with the last several years managing a high volume closing office. Her organizational skills and detailed records are an asset on making sure all of their transactions are on track. Her knowledge of settlement statements and closing costs have saved their customers thousands of dollars over the years.
