I’m Tyler Barnett, a Central Florida REALTOR® with a strong focus on selling homes through thoughtful positioning, elevated marketing, and proactive strategy.

I believe there’s a big difference between listing a home and actually marketing one.

Every property has a story, and my job is to make sure buyers see the value in yours. From pricing and presentation to photography, digital marketing, social media, agent outreach, and direct follow-up, I take a hands-on approach to creating exposure and generating interest.

I’m especially experienced in working with homeowners whose properties previously expired, were canceled, or simply didn’t sell. Rather than repeating the same approach and hoping for a different result, I look at what happened, where opportunities were missed, and how we can reposition the property for a stronger second launch.

For luxury and distinctive properties, presentation matters even more. Buyers aren’t simply comparing bedrooms and square footage — they’re comparing lifestyle, design, location, amenities, and experience. My approach is built around presenting those details intentionally and making sure the marketing reflects the caliber of the home.

I’m also a firm believer in communication and honest advice. I’ll keep you informed, tell you what the market is actually showing us, and make recommendations based on what will put you in the strongest position.
