She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, graduating magna cum laude, and a Master's degree in Project Management earned with a 3.97 GPA.

Before real estate, Carla served as a Senior Project Manager supporting Public Assistance programs for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), deployed to hurricane recovery operations in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Florida.
