About Aaron

I’m a Southern California native with 38 years of roots in the area and a full time Realtor® helping buyers and sellers throughout Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, relocating, investing, or looking for a luxury home, my goal is to make the process straightforward and help you make confident real estate decisions.

I hold several professional real estate designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). These designations have given me additional training in representing buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts, marketing properties, working with military families, and handling luxury real estate.

When working with sellers, I believe great marketing goes beyond simply putting a home on the MLS. I use professional photography, video marketing, virtual tours, social media, online advertising, and targeted exposure to help properties stand out and reach more potential buyers. I also use local market data, recent comparable sales, and current housing trends to help sellers understand their home’s value and position it competitively.

For buyers, I take the time to understand what you’re actually looking for, help you evaluate neighborhoods and properties, explain the numbers, and negotiate with your best interests in mind. Buying a home is a major decision, and you should never feel like you’re being rushed into one.
