Originally from Ohio, she and her husband relocated to Florida in 2005, embracing the coastal lifestyle long before retirement.

Before transitioning into real estate, Wendy built a successful career in banking, working through college and for over a decade after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Management and Finance from Ashland University in Ohio. In 2008, despite the challenges of a collapsing housing market, she pursued her real estate license. While many considered it a risky move, Wendy saw it as an opportunity for growth and a new challenge. With the encouragement of her husband, she was determined to build a thriving business in the community they loved.

Her strong financial background provides a unique advantage when assisting clients, as she thoroughly understands mortgage options, market trends, and investment strategies.
