About Jennifer

I am a Maine native and new Florida snowbirder licensed in both states! Prior to my real estate journey I earned 2 bachelors and 1 masters degree and worked for 20 years in the medical and educational fields as an occupational therapist. My husband is a veteran and retired nurse. We raised our children on a lake in Maine and have always been passionate about the oudoors and being on the water. Our summer home is on the Pemadumcook Chain of Lakes near Baxter State Park in Maine, and our winter home is on a Gulf access canal in Port Charlotte, Florida. I am the leader and creator of the Happy Place Group, a network of agents in both locations to serve the needs of our clients with a standard of excellence in customer service, professionalish, ethics, and one simple rule: "Treat our clients as our family and the way we would wish to be represented."
