Donna also negotiated with Government Entities to procure long term contracts, one of which was the United States Air Force. Donna’s Entrepreneurial spirit reached new heights when she started her own Investment Banking Firm trading on the NYSE and NASDAQ, managing millions of dollars in portfolios for numerous Clients. Her expertise in analyzing financial statements, forecasting, due diligence and contract negotiations was utilized throughout her Career. One of her major accomplishments was developing patented software designed to streamline their entire recruitment processes.
