I’m Alex Khalil — a Central Florida REALTOR®, mortgage professional with Edge Home Finance, and real estate investor. I’ve built my business around one simple idea: if you truly understand a deal from every angle, you make better decisions — and you win long term.

Most agents focus on just getting you to the closing table. I don’t. Because of my background on both the real estate and lending side, I look at every transaction through a bigger lens — purchase strategy, financing structure, and how the deal impacts your long-term financial position. Whether you're buying your first home, selling and upgrading, or building an investment portfolio, my job is to make sure you actually understand what you're walking into — not just sign and hope for the best.

Through my relationship with Edge Home Finance and access to a wide network of lenders, I’m able to offer more flexibility, better loan structuring, and a level of service that most traditional setups simply can’t match. That combination of real estate + financing gives my clients a real advantage when it matters most.

I’ve worked with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Orlando and Central Florida, and I take a straightforward approach: I tell people what I actually think, even when it’s not what they want to hear. I treat your money and your decisions the same way I’d treat my own.

I understand Arabic and enjoy working with Florida’s growing Arabic-speaking community — helping make the process feel more natural and comfortable along the way.

Outside of real estate, I’m big on staying disciplined, building systems, and constantly improving. Whether it’s in the gym, building computers, or leveraging AI to run a more efficient and smarter business, I’m always focused on staying ahead. I also enjoy helping other business owners think bigger and scale.

At home, I’ve got a poodle and a Sheltie that keep things entertaining, and family time matters to me just as much as closing deals.
