About Johnny

I was born in Florida and grew up attending great schools thanks to my parents who sacrificed everything to allow me such amazing opportunities to succeed in life. I am proud to have been married for 16 years and raised two beautiful daughters who brighten my every day. I have taught them the value of relationships and love. They have seen me growing businesses, invest in real estate, and bring value to other people who need help locating a place they can call home.

Throughout my teen years, I spent a great deal of my time playing sports and reading books. I loved reading and eventually decided to attend law school. That led to a 25 year career in law and a focus on aviation law. I became a licensed pilot, wrote a book and decided I wanted to spend more time investing in real estate and growing a business in real estate. All of this also taught me early in life the importance of giving back. About 10 years ago I started the Pineyro Education Foundation and we helped underprivileged youth get access to higher education through scholarships we built and awarded.

After building a private real estate portfolio my love and passion for real estate led me to become a Realtor in Florida after I launched a real estate company called Surgent Capital — a commercial real estate investment company with offices in Orlando, FL and New York. At the same time,I attended the MIT School of Architecture and Planning to learn more about Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment. This helped me on the residential analysis side and I learned the value of residential investing. I am now working on becoming a licensed Florida General Contractor to learn the real estate development side and allow me to start my own community of residential real estate. I think everyone should look at a home as a place to live but also a potential investment for long-term generational wealth.

I have a work ethic that is something I take pride in and credit my parents for who both worked hard to give me and my siblings as much as they could. They taught me the importance of benefiting others and bringing value to any transaction. This is evident in my commitment to my clients and our team.

In the competitive ever-changing sales and marketing environment, I have developed an organizational management style that combines clear direction and consensus building with a strong sense of plan and structure. My unique approach to the world of real estate allows me to exhibit my experience to effectively market my client’s properties to achieve their goals. I pride myself on the service I provide to my clients and always aim to leave a positive lasting impression with each and every client.

In my spare time, I enjoy flying, travelling and playing tennis with my family. I have spent many years living in Golden Oak, Florida and look forward to the opportunity to benefit you with all your real estate needs.
