NORTH PORT HAPPENINGS

§       North Port local market is better than US market.  Private employment has fully recovered.

§       Current population is at 64,500 and expected to be 280,000 in 2050.

§       Murdock Village has been sold again.

§       Sabal Trace Golf Course and Warm Mineral Springs has improvements in the works.

§       River Rd will be expanding lanes.

§       WEST VILLAGES will be the 2nd fastest growing community, with The Villages being the 1st.

                 Will not be age restricted, will be gated, and include a rec center, downtown shopping and dining area, equestrian possibilities, 30+ acre dog park, student housing for SCF, 2-4 lane divided roads, a water/ beach feature, hotel, grocery store, k-8 school, and more.

                  Nov 2016 14-16 spec/models expected.  Expect 33,600 units adding 80K-90K residents.

                  MATTAMY HOMES 12,000 acres, Island Walk, Paradisio, Sarasota National, and more.

                  150 acre Baseball Stadium.
